Out Of Hours Services A receptionist will take your calls on weekdays between 0800hrs and 1830hrs on 01344 428742 (or 01344 303830 in case of emergency) by then contacting the duty doctor or triage nurse. At night and at weekends call 01344 428742 and the answering machine will give you the number of the Out of Hours service or you can call them direct on 0118 936 5390. The deputising duty doctor will then advise you or visit as necessary. You may be asked to attend the local Primary Care Centre to be seen there. During the week the non-emergency phone lines are closed between 1330 - 1400hrs callers during this time will receive directions from a recorded message.
