The report on the results of the Patient Survey carried out in March can now be read here.
Thanks to all 808 of our patients who took part. 73% of patients rated the service they received from the practice as good or excellent – a 2% increase from the previous year. 92% of patients said that the overall service had improved or was the same as the previous year – an increase of 5%. These results are good and significant considering the pressures and staffing challenges the practice has had over the last year.
The report and follow up actions were discussed and agreed by our patient group as a meeting on 20th March. You can read the notes from that meeting in the patient group section of this website.
