Stay hydrated

In hot weather, it is particularly important to drink plenty of fluid to avoid becoming dehydrated.

Though anyone can become dehydrated, certain groups are particularly at risk, including babies, children and the elderly.

We should aim to drink 8 glasses (2 litres) of fluid daily, or more if the weather is hot or we are exercising.
